Insulation & Environmental Services Ltd was established in 1991 and quickly forged a reputation as one of the leading contractors in the asbestos removal and abatement sector. Following rapid growth from its national base of public and private sector clients, IES Ltd moved into new offices in the Wigston area of Leicester in 2011. IES Ltd required an efficient system of heating and cooling for their new building.
Following a site visit, Glenfield Group recommended a comprehensive system of heating and cooling that would reduce energy bills without compromising on performance. The R410a inverter driven heat pump system provides efficient heating and the cooling delivered by eight LG wall-mounted inverter-driven air-conditioning units that are both environmentally-friendly and high performance. The individual units allowed ‘hot spots’ within the building to be addressed in addition to providing a level of cooling throughout the offices.
